Shipping, Delivery and Returns

  • Delivery within Portugal takes 2-4 business days

  • Delivery within EU takes 7-10 working days

  • All orders are shipped with CTT Registered, DPD or GLS services.

Shipping Information and Rates

  • All orders are shipped from our atelier in Portugal within 3 -4 business days (subject to payment clearance). Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number.

  • Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by STRIPE payment authorisation.

Uncollected Items

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by Renn Miniatures.

Returns and Refunds

  • Each miniature is made to order, we cannot accept it back, unless it is faulty.

  • We take every effort to check your miniature for any faults before sending it out to you. However, if you find that your purchase has faults get in touch with us via the form on the Contacts Page and we will work out a solution.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the returned products until it reaches us. Renn Miniatures will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. You are advised to send the package with Recorded Delivery so that it can be traced.

  • Returned merchandise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds for faulty items will take place within the 14 day period after receiving the returned products. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card used for the order in question to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
